In 2021 , JRN-Construct bought 8 000 m² industrial land in Lokeren, located along the motorway E17, centrally positioned between Antwerp & Ghent.
In 2022 JRN-Construct built its new building consisting of 2 400 m² warehouse
( > 100 meters long ), 400 m² offices and 150 m² appartement.
The warehouse has a free height of 9 meters ,and features several roller bridges , of which a duplicated roller bridge of 12.5 Tons.
In 2023-2024 the company invested in a plasma cutting machine , a plate roll and bending machine.
In spring-summer 2026, an additional 625 m² hall will be built to separately accommodate
the prefabrication of piping works, while at the same time a new, more high-performance
plasma cutting machine will be put into operation.
